About This Course
Overview of the course
This course emphasizes on importance of good communication skills, team work, proper documentation, taking complete information, solving problems so that the patients experiences quality and personalized care from the whole team of healthcare facilitators. The patient facilitators play a very important role in enhancing patient satisfaction level.
Communication for Patient facilitator (CPF) is a course certified by HSSC (Healthcare Sector Skill Council) with ARTIST for her ( Asian Research & Training Institute for Skill Transfer) as a training partners and in association with Association of Healthcare providers of India (AHPI).
Objectives of the course:
- To ensure confidence and competency for communications.
- To encourage team work for better experience for patients.
- To help solve problems for Quality care and patient satisfaction.
- To understand importance of documentation.

- Effective communications – Verbal, non verbal, written and electronic.
