Return and Refund Policy

1. Definitions:

“Online Education Course” refers to the digital learning materials, tutorials, lectures, and any associated content provided by ARTIST HEALTHSKILL ACADEMY via its online platform.

• “Student” refers to any individual who has enrolled in and accessed the Online Education Course provided by ARTIST

2. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are available only within a specified period of two weeks from the date of enrollment in the Online Education Course, after enrollment confirmation.
• To be eligible for a refund, the Student must submit a refund request within the specified period, citing valid reasons for the request.

3. Valid Reasons for Refund:

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: Inability to access or utilize the Online Education Course due to technical issues or platform incompatibility.
• Course Dissatisfaction: If the Student finds the Online Education Course content unsatisfactory, provided the dissatisfaction is reasonable and adequately explained.
• Change in Circumstances: In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the Student from participating in or completing the Online Education Course, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts.

4. Refund Process:

• Refund Request: To request a refund, the Student must submit a refund request through the designated channel, through email communication.
• Review Process: Upon receiving a refund request,  team ARTIST will review the request and the provided reasons for refund eligibility.
• Refund Approval: If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, ARTIST will approve the refund and initiate the process.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original enrolment unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 7  business days from the approval of the refund request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations:

• Course Completion: Once the Student has completed a significant portion of the Online Education Course, refunds may not be granted.
• Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be provided if the Student has violated any terms and conditions outlined in the enrollment agreement or terms of service.
• Free Trials: Refunds are not applicable for Online Education Courses offered as part of a free trial.

7. Amendment of Policy:

ARTIST for HER  reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy for Online Education Course at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the ARTIST HEALTHSKILL ACADEMY website or platform.

By enrolling in an Online Education Course provided by ARTIST HEALTHSKILL ACADEMY, the Student acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
