Overview of the course
Assistance to Maternal and Newborn care is a course certified by HSSC (Healthcare Sector Skill Council) with ARTIST for her ( Asian Research & Training Institute for Skill Transfer) as a training partners.
It is an online individual nursing course for skill development and quality improvement that acts as a stamp of quality assuring consistent safe and respectful care for mothers during and after child birth.
This course is based on 16 clinical standards of Manyata – a FOGSI initiative. The Course includes from ANC to Post partum care including Management of complications like PPH, eclampsia, NBR and Normal delivery.

Requirements
- Online theory exams and individual digital skill assessments by empanelled assessors from Healthcare Sector Skill counsel of India (HSSC)
Target Audience
- ANM, GMN, B.Sc Nursing with atleast 1 year of experience in maternity care.
- For Finishing school of Nurses mandatory one month of internship.
